Pottery ClassesMissions Pottery offer two types of classes throughout the year.
Hand Building Class 1 Two hour class working with slab and extruded clay. We normally try to have these classes on Saturday mornings. The cost is $70.00. You will make 1-2 pieces depending on time. Basic Wheel Throwing Class 8, Two hour classes once a week. You can choose either Tuesday evenings or Thursday evenings. We will teach you the basics and show cup and plate making along with other items. The cost is $250.00 and everything is included. Please come to class comfortable because you will get muddy. Some clay will permanently stain your clothes. What to Expect? Instructions will be provided by local artists. You may discover you are excellent at creating pottery but most likely you will find practice makes perfect.
